A bit more Common Sense

in the game below the starting Catcher, was pinch hit for, in the top of the 8th, with 1 out, down 2-0 for a Left handed hitter, so far all good, the PH singles, and the only other catcher, also a LH Hitter pinch hits, still fine, he will move to catcher after the inning one way or the other, no issue. He Triples making the game 2-1 with 1 out man on 3rd, he gets pinch run for, leaving me no catcher and the opposing team steals 3 bases in the bottom of the 9th against an out of position catcher.

Can we tweak the substitution rules to NOT pinch run for your last catcher? I know my settings allow it, but it should be a bit more intuitive than that, CAN be PR for should not mean he MUST be Pinch run for- this situation dictated NOT running foe him.
